We realize that financial circumstances sometimes make it difficult for families to pay the full registration fee for student events. Because of this and the knowledge of how impactful student events can be in the lives of our students, we try to offer assistance when we can. Any student receiving financial assistance must be actively involved in Berean Bible Church. All applicants are subject to be interviewed by Berean staff or elders. Submission of this form should be no later than 1 month prior to the event date.

Payment
We don't ever want finances to be the only reason a student can't come to a Berean event. All of our scholarship funds are provided by people who attend Berean Bible Church who have a heart for students. As a ministry, we want to steward these funds well, so we ask people applying for scholarships to cover a portion of the total, if they can. We suggest paying the deposit amount or 50% of the total, if possible. But any amount is helpful!
