Communications have to be approved before an announcement or advertisement is scheduled. The Communication Request form will go through the elders/staff team and must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to an announcement/advertisement Need-By Date in order to give adequate time for approval, planning, and design of communications. Please note that submitting this form does not mean your request is automatically approved. Once the request has been evaluated by church elders/staff, you will receive an email confirmation that your communication has been scheduled. If additional information or changes are needed, you will be contacted by a staff member. Thank you!

Berean News announcements typically run for 2-3 weeks. One-time or annual events are typically advertised 3-4 weeks in advance of the event. Monthly events can be advertised for 2-3 weeks before the start of the semester, and can be announced 1 week before the event each month. Weekly events can be advertised for 2-3 weeks before the start of the semester.

Printed Flyers & Signage cannot be posted (i.e. in the Lobby, Lounge, Restrooms, etc.) without express prior permission from Berean Staff.
