Dates, room reservations, tech needs, communication needs and childcare needs will have to be approved before an event is officially put on the calendar. This form will go through the elders/staff team and must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to an event in order to give adequate time for planning of communications and calendaring. Please note that submitting this form does not mean your request is automatically approved. Once the request has been evaluated by church elders/staff, you will receive an email confirmation that your event has been booked, or if additional information or change is needed, you will be contacted by a staff member. Berean News: Events are typically advertised 4 weeks in advance of the event. If you would like your event added to our weekly Berean News email, please email jenny.haney@bereanchurchga.com 2 weeks before the start of your advertisement need. If you have any logos, special images, or verbage that you would like included with your advertisement, please include that at the time of your email as well.
